Most Host Database entries remain in the database until someone authorized to change the entry removes it from the database. However, this entry specifies a "Date to Delete". (The "Date to Delete" was specified at the time the entry was registered in the Host Database, or at a later time by someone who was authorized to change the entry.) Since the "Date to Delete" has arrived, OIT will delete this entry from the Host Database. We will perform the deletion within three business days. At that time, you will receive email indicating that the Host Database entry has been deleted. Please be sure the device has been disconnected from the campus network (both wired and wireless). If in the future you wish to reconnect the device to the campus network, please re-register it in the Host Database at that time. You may do so at: http://www.net.princeton.edu/hostmaster/ If the device was manually configured with its IP address (it didn't use DHCP or BootP to learn its IP address), you will also need to reconfigure it before reconnecting it to the campus network, so it no longer uses the old IP address.
