This is CMU+PRINCETON dhcpd, a combined DHCP/BOOTP server.

WARNING

Only run this software on a network for which you are responsible.
If you are not the person responsible for providing BootP and DHCP service
on the network, do not run this software.  Instead, talk with your network
administrator.

Running an inappropriate BootP or DHCP server on a network (e.g. any network 
that has other official BootP or DHCP servers) can break BootP and DHCP service 
for everyone on that network.
